Kibby, Black Nubble, Roxbury, Aroostook County, Downeast. Proposals for wind development projects are popping up in rural communities across Maine. What do wind projects mean for the western Maine? Does increased energy generation benefit western Maine residents? What issues are utilities facing? Join us for a discussion on these complicated issues with representatives from Central Maine Power, Sen. Peter Mills, author of "Megawatts from Mountaintops: What does it mean for Maine," and County Commissioner Fred Hardy. Breakfast is free. Registration is not required.
