The Land Use Regulation Commission will continue their discussion of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Revision in a meeting open to the public. After receiving numerous public comments and incorporating information obtained during the CLUP working group process, the Commission directed staff to make a number of changes to the Plan. The staff has completed these revisions for Chapters: 1- Vision, 2 – The Commission, 3 – The Jurisdiction, 4- Development, 5.4 Cultural, Archaeological and Historical Resources, and 5.10 Scenic Resources. The staff will present these revised chapters to the Commission at their May meeting and looks forward to receiving direction from the Commission on any further revisions to these sections in preparation for public hearings to be held later this summer.
