Learn how to clearly define the purpose of your downtown organization and
establish and communicate realistic goals and objectives. Discover how to build
and retain an effective board of directors that keeps the organization
functioning at its peak, works as team and celebrates the work of volunteers.
Lead presenter: Craig Freshley of Good Group Decisions. Advance registration is
required. Cost is $35 per session or $25 per session for Main Street Maine
communities, Maine Downtown Network communities and MDF members.
