Leigh Breidenbach, University of Maine Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation, will conduct this training. This training will cover communications skills, how to develop a customer-friendly attitude, and identifying your customer service style. During the last portion of the workshop, managers and owners will learn the keys to managing your staff to ensure customer service excellence once you go back to your business.
