Threshold to Maine Resource Conservation and Development Area has been serving the communities and residents of Franklin County since 1970. The purpose of this meeting is to update participants on the RC&D program, review the current Area Plan for Threshold to Maine, and discuss the issues facing Franklin County and how RC&D
might be able to help. Sponsored by the Franklin County Soil and Water District, Franklin County Commissioners, and the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments.
